The Efficiency Coach was asked to design a half day sales training session for a mixture of experienced and inexperienced sales consultants. The Efficiency coach designed, scripted and filmed an interactive role play for use in the half day training session. A suite of sales training products, designed to be used either by individuals or by line managers with their direct reports, were written to  accompany the video clips and out-takes. The client, whilst having a very successful training session, at no extra cost was able to benefit from a suite of sales training products to use with as an Ďon-the-jobí training aid.

 

The Efficiency Coach was engaged by the director of a small team, responsible for the majority of itís organisationís procurement spend, to help his team achieve more for its money. The director had identified that his team lacked the interpersonal skills to be able to manage itís supplier base to achieve the right level of service and value for money. Together with the team the Efficiency Coach designed and facilitated a three month blended learning programme which maximised opportunities for his team to learn on the job and minimised time in the class room. As a result of the programme the team was able to deliver the required targeted cost savings with no disruption to the quality and level of service required by the organisation.
